Looks good, the only problem is that there's not much variety in this diet. You can substitute the chicken with turkey or fish once in awhile so you don't get bored, and the banana/pear/apple with peaches/oranges/berries/etc. You can substitute the water with tea as well, and the legumes with healthy cereal or whole grain bread...just so you don't get bored of eating the same thing every day. If you happen to need more protein for whatever reason, you can add 1 cup of greek yogurt a day.
