My boyfriend is bisexual how do i cope?

both me and my boyfriend are bisexual, i lean more towards guys but i find some women attractive he says he is in the middle. we have been together for 8 months and i still can not get used to his ways. when it comes to sex i get nothing its basicolly him jacking off and me describing what i would do to him if i had a penis, i try to pursaude him to go with a guy but he says a guy would have to be exactly like me but with a dick. emotionally this is hard for me because i dont feel fufilled sexually but other than that our relationship is great. its just the sexual stuff that frustrates me. we talk but no matter what i say i feel like im being selfish by explaining that i dont feel like im getting enough and he always says he is doing his best. how do i cope with this? :( i dont want to leave him i just want to be fuffilled
