What is the name of this Canadian film?

I saw this movie a long time ago so the parts I do remember are fuzzy. I know that this movie is shot in Saskatchewan. In the beginning a guy walks into a diner and either breakfast is over or they aren't open yet. He asks for an egg, they continually tell him they aren't open. So he continues an egg! Any way! So the woman puts a full raw egg on a plate. There's another part with the cranky older women of the town drinking on a car hidden in a field? And! The last part I remember is that the girl who dislikes the guy in the beginning ends up with him, in a school house or something, there's a lot of boxes and things packed up.
