Help...I've just been heartbroken?

First off, I would never normally come to this section for help, but this section gets answers the fastest (plus Singles and Dating has mostly little 13 year olds in it) and I really need help. Someone who is really important to me left me today for someone else..and I'm having a hard time coping with it. It literally feels like my heart has been ripped out of my chest. I don't know what to do except cry. So can someone give me advice? Please don't answer this if your just going to make a joke out of this, because that's not what I need right now.
