Any suggestions for a Route 66 vacation?!?

Just curious if anyone has any suggestions of quirky little stops or hole in the wall amazing diners they'd like to share on Route 66?! We'll be starting at the Arkansas/Oklahoma/Missouri border! I'm so excited for this vacation and want to make the most of it!!
